Born and raised in Montana, I love all things nature has to offer including hiking, biking, skiing, playing in the river, hunting, and fishing. I have three beautiful young children, an awesome husband, and an adorable golden retriever. I’m a mom, a friend, a sister, a daughter, a wife, and I too struggle with my mental health.
